Cena can't do it because noone is caring too much like they used to about him.

Orton is the second most likely choice cause WWE likes him

Christian would be more like a smarks dream, therefore it won't happen.

Batista is too old.

WWE doesn't care for Charlie despite how awesome he is

and Rey will never make it due to his size.
