San Andreas for the PC

I may have said mine was running perfectly a little too soon.

I'm having a problem now, and I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

In the "Mountain Cloud Boys" mission, every time I get to a certain point (getting out of the car after driving Woozie around the block), the game half-freezes. I mean that in the sense that the game is still running, but my keyboard and mouse stop responding in game only, as I can still get to the menu and move my mouse and type and stuff. It's only on this mission and always at this point. Anyone know of any patches or anything that might be able to help?
