Whoa! Did you just say Scott Hall didn't get over in WCW? Did you ever watch WCW? Ever watch Scott Hall? He got hella fucking over. He couldn't be pushed due to managment's fear that rehab was always just a drink away, but he was over and honestly in my opinion he is one of the few guys who probabbly should have held the World Title but never did.
I meant that the gimick they had him doing didn't get over one iota. And in fact, it hurt his popularity from my point of view, at the least.
