If they really want that Cruiserweight division to work, and I just said this about the tag division, you need a strong heel that can work the mic. I thought the best time for any Cruiserweight division was when Jericho was the champ when he was heel in WCW. He single handedly carried that division and the fact that he could work the mic and put on awesome matches really helped.
That was my favorite part of WCW every week. Jericho was amazing. I'd love to see WWE pull off something like that. It'll never happen though
