I saw him responding to a Twitter post indicating he didn't truly know if Breeze was in (I don't think he has a totally complete version of the game) but really it wouldn't surprise me if he's not in, I'd just love it if he was.

I never really believed 2K when they said they had a later roster cutoff than usual. The NXT selections make the most sense if you figure it was finalized around Mania. Sami and Neville were the top 2 faces on NXT. Bo, Rusev, and Graves were the 3 biggest heels. Breeze was featured regularly but didn't move into the title picture until Bo/Rusev got called up and Graves had a career-ending concussion.

You have those 5 guys, plus Rose and The Ascension who were NXT regulars at that time and they're DLC but probably on the disc. I'm sure Woods, Kidd, Gabriel, and maybe even Santino, Cesaro, etc. will be featured in the NXT portion of My Career. as well I doubt they'd leave Tyler Breeze out completely but put in Enzo Amore or Mojo Rawley or something.

Along the same lines, @ people who think this news means that some of the left out current guys like Los Matadores are in. Why would 2K specifically leave them as the only current wrestlers not revealed?

The only current guy I could have seen being omitted from the reveal is Heath Slater, and even that's only if 3MB were in but 2K didn't want to tip if off by showing 3MB gear Slater in the reveal. I doubt it though.

I'm assuming the extras are just legends. Flair, Booker, Nash, Vince, etc. People we're not supposed to know about but have been leaked. Could see a few extras thrown in for fun though. The Outlaws getting in as a legend tag team wouldn't surprise me too much since they were on Raw every week leading to Mania.

Lesnar's character is only going to be available four times a year during Career/Universe mode.

2K have announced that the rosters for last gen are the same as current gen. So even though last gen don't get Career mode, they'll still get NXT characters, etc.

We should know by Tuesday if not earlier who any of the "mystery" characters are.

Also, as I only have a 360, I have absolutely no reason to buy this game, seeing as all it'll really be to me is a roster update of 2K14, and I've only ever played that game once or twice since buying it.

2K15 will most likely be the first WWE game I give a miss too.

Sony have announced that its October 28th software update will include being able to rip music from your USB so custom themes should be doable. The functionality will probably be exactly the same as PS3 and other developers have said it's an extremely easy patch to put in, so here's hoping.

Of course 2k could just go the classic THQ route. WWE2k16: Now with custom themes. BRAND NEW FEATURE!

PS3 and Xbox 360 getting an NXT mode as an exclusive feature.

Nah the WrestleMania NES game sucked dick but I only rented it. Challenge was awesome.

I'm sure many children did have those fits. Wonder if AVGN ever did an episode about the game. Hmmm.

I would say that the moves they showed don't look very impactful. That Batista Bomb-RKO (outta nowhere) looked like he was landing in a bed of feathers.

Really bad decision to gut more stuff out of the last gen versions considering all the stuff that was already missing compared to the PS4/Xbox One versions.

Ambrose and Rollins only have their Shield gear apparently. The clip of Ambrose in his new gear that 2K put out was a CAW with a Dean Ambrose superstar head.

Actually none of the Shield members even have their music or trons in. Shield only.

No themes or trons for them is a bit shit, though. Punk debuted Cult of Personality in like August and it was in the game that dropped 2 months later. The Shield members have had their themes since June.

It's not yet clear if 2K will allow custom themes on PS4 (the functionality will be added this week) but since they actually REMOVED custom themes for 360 and PS3 despite the consoles allowing it I'm thinking we won't have it at all.

Finding good CAWs of Rollins and Ambrose shouldn't be hard, but if everybody enters to silence or one of only like 2 themes that is suitable that'd suck and probably just cause me to turn off entrances altogether.

Want to say its because of Showcase mode but some reading online states he's not in any of them. Maybe for a future Showcase ravingly but if that was the case, then it would make more sense to just add him in a DLC pack like Christian.

I like the improvements to Universe mode. This all sucks really hard for those buying last gen, though. Don't even get custom themes anymore.
