It's been said over and over, but they're doing such a shit job that it bears repeating: TNA's problem is not being on Monday, it's thinking they are the competition.

TNA: "We want Raw's exact time slot."

Hogan: "I'll make it worth it, brotha. Me alone is enough to crush the E, AND we'll burn the ring."

Spike: "That's brilliant! There's no way it could fail!"

IWC:

Hogan's politics played a big part in WCW going under. Easy E's booking had a hand in it too. Russo's too while I'm at it. If you're gonna give the pen to anybody that comes along, why didn't Cornette get a chance to book? Hell, I'd imagine for what they are paying Hogan, they could've even given Heyman an offer he couldn't refuse. As stated over and over in this and many other threads: WWE isn't the competition. WWE isn't gonna kill TNA, they don't have to. TNA is doing a good enough job on their own.

on another note im glad they are firing up the x division again, that's a big step into being the alternative rather than the clone, and i thought the first monday night show was fantastic (not the hogan debut one), my internet was cut off so i couldn't read the spoilers/rumors so when i watched it i knew nothing about what was happening, so tha may have been a factor in all this.

yeah RVD's new theme sucks. He's good enough that his theme shouldn't have to remind you that he's "the whole f'n show" every 5 seconds.

I;m not sure how people expected TNA to just come in and be competition to RAW. TV rating simply don't work like that for the most part. I think they need to just keep doing what they're doing now since RAW intends to give us the exact same show every week.

If this remains the case, you'll see a ratings change... but it won't be anytime soon.
