I was going to say Vince Russo has been a heel , but he did kinda do a face turn at "Bash at the Beach". Kinda.

Has Sheiky-baby ever been a face? I mean, seriously. At this point in his career, he's entered "Ric Flair" territory (he'll get a face pop no matter what he does because he's the Iron Fucking Sheik) but hasn't he been a career heel??

Pretty sure Hacksaw was still a face when he joined Team Canada. I remember he did it reluctantly as a stipulation, did he 'embrace the hate' though?

Hacksaw definitely turned heel.

Also, Beth Phoenix had a run as a face on Smackdown. Only relatively recently turned heel again. Sometime in the summer.

Wasn't Bob Backlund a face from the early 70s until 1994?

I don't think so. I believe he was a face very early in his career (probably when he started out), I think.
