I was really bummed out about Bray Wyatt...he was one of my favorite things about WWE that I found more interesting than anything they did in years but there was a lot of speculation about that and I'm still unclear on whether the parting was somewhat mutual or not. WWE was pushing Strowman is a giant monster more and more for a few years so that was definitely a decision I was dumbfounded about.

It will get shit on because seemingly he wants to come in as a face to go against Miz. If that’s the case he simply doesn’t understand casting. He’s not a likeable dude, lean into it. He’s also “not our guy” taking on a “WWE guy”.
They’ll probably let him do it, and when it fails they’ll pull him aside as say “it’s time to go in another direction”. I could see a match at SummerSlam and then a move to the PC for further training. If he comes in as a heel he’ll get the right reaction. He needs to earn credibility with the audience before we goes face. The grumbles won’t be as big as some previous guys because he’s done a decent job. To the point that I’d actually be down for a Celebrity Tag Team Challenge with some of the guys they’ve brought in recently. |

Yeah he should def come in as a heel but I could see him having a "celebrity" attitude thinking he should get his way and of course they will give into that.

Unless they do something to build him up as a face slowly and give him credibility like you said but he will probably come right in directly into an angle with The Miz or whatever program he ends up with first

It would be cool if Jake Paul wasn't in the cancel zone and WWE brought both brothers in as heels imo

He's not in a cancel zone, he's just a much bigger star with actual boxing talent. He has a lot to play out before going to WWE.

I’m fine with Logan Paul vs. The Miz.

Pat MacAfee isn't "a real wrestler" either, but he's fucking amazing all things considered. I don't think Logan would draw the ire you'd think he does outiside of being part of the cringy "famous for being famous" trend. Miz was exactly that once upon a when, and now, nobody even thinks of Road Rules/Real World/whatever bullshit MTV was churning out that got them away from music videos. This guy has more immediate potential and visible upside than a debuting Miz right now... if WWE doesn't fuck that up. But that's always the looming fear, isn't it? |

That's the other thing, he probably does not have any interest in WWE at this point in his career but I could have sworn there was a ton of controversary about him getting accused of sexual assault. Maybe that got resolved though idk but it would be cool if he did come into WWE with his brother as heels imo.

I think Logan Paul is going to be fine in WWE too. At least at first. But I think now that he’s chosen the WWE, the value he brings will get him past the “YouTube douchebag” heel association people have. I’m totally down to see what he does and get behind the guy. The guy’s profile hopefully means that they’ll pay extra attention to how they treat him. |

But again, the problem is that giant if I posted.
Like you said, "the value he brings will get him past the YouTube douchebag heel association"... if the WWE machine itself sees value in him past YouTube douchebag and doesn't actively try to keep him there. He can be a star in his own right within the company, or he can end up in the basement of irrelevance like fucking Federline; used in one-offs that tick away at his 15 minutes and then shoved out the door worse than he came in. |
