Take 2013 off and it's 2 titles since then. 2. That's it. There is no more. Oh wow, I said 10 year. Make it 9 then, whatever, the point still stands that he has hardly had any titles reigns in a long time. And the 2 he has he immediately dropped the titles at the next show.

And seriously, unifying the titles should not count as 2 runs, especially when one of them is permanently retired as soon as he won it.
