I'm gonna say Y2J and Orton. Y2J is awesome in the ring, awesome behind the mic, but it seems since that night that he wouldn't be Triple H's love slave the WWE doesn't believe he's anything more than the king of midcard hell.

Now, why Orton? He's great in the ring, and better than Triple H behind the mic as a face or heel. I don't think there was enough hype behind his title shot, and with how quickly he lost the title... It would have been better if he would have held onto for another freakin' week at least!

Honorable mentions- Backlund, Yokozuna, Sid (I LOVED his fued with The Undertaker!), Savage, and more that I can't think of.
