Here's what I'd do:

TO RAW: Carlito, Charlie Haas, Dawn Marie, Hardcore Holly, Hiroko, Jackie, Joy, Kenzo Suzuki, Lauren, Luther Reigns, Michelle, Rene Dupree, Rochelle, Torrie, and The Undertaker

TO SMACKDOWN: Christian, Hurricane, Kane, Marty Jannetty, Matt Hardy, Maven, Randy Orton, Rhyno, Rosey, Shawn Michaels, Simon Dean, Steven Richards, Tyson Tomko, and Val Venis

So, basically it's Cruisers to SmackDown, Divas to RAW.

Undertaker goes to RAW for the "surprise" factor on live TV. Haas and Kenzo go to stay with their real-world girlfriends/wives. Reigns goes to give Batista a new "big man" threat. Carlito and Jesus jump to get Carlito away from repeating his Cena and Long feuds. Dupree jumps to reunite La Res. Holly goes...'cause I needed another body.

Orton goes to SmackDown to keep him away from the women. Hardy goes to get away from Edge and Lita. HBK, Christian, and Kane jump to give SD some star power. Rosey goes to keep his team with Hurricane. Ditto Tomko for Christian. The rest? Again, needed bodies.

To SD!:
Chris Jericho - New show, new Chris Jericho.
Simon Dean - he'd b a perfect fitness advisor to JBL.
Rob Conway - personally, I see the end of La Res (i truly feel they've run their course). My advice would be to move Rob Conway to Smackdown and have him feud with Rene Dupree.
Matt Hardy - Mainly cos Edge can't keep his cock in his pants.

To Raw:
Big Show - Raw generally has bigger guys, so Raw Big Show would be better suited to Raw.
Hardcore Holly - Got nothing else for him to do.
Charlie Haas - I think CHarlie would b perfect for Evolution, and could have a kick-ass feud with Shleton B.

Yea, here's the thing. They won't do a ton of switches. They didn't last year and some of those guys never got pushed anyway.

The main focus should be put on the main event guys and not the lower card guys cause no one gives a shit about them.

Guys like Cena/Batista/Orton/Taker/Edge/Eddie/Booker/Rey/Show/Angle/HBK/Xtian/Shelton/JBL/ Rey/Jericho/Benoit/Hassan/Kane

^^Maybe a few more. These are the guys where they should concentrate on. You got to move some of these Raw guys to Smackdown.

If they don't do the draft there's something wrong with them.

I'd like to see Angle, Benoit, Jericho, and Xtian on the same show cause the four of them could have spectacular matches.
