Should the WWE have another Roster draft?

I know some of the selections were bad, but it gave us shelton benjamin. your thoughts?

Yes, as long as it's a complete re-draft, not the pussy 5 each draft like last year.

When the draft occurred last year, I figured, "this is exactly what Smackdown! could use." Unfortunately, it only solidified Raw's status, and SD! went downhill.

I sure hope this year a lot of Raw's top folks get sent to SD!

They should wait a while to do it. Like 6 months to a year, it seems too soon if they do it now.

It only makes Smackdown's roster even weaker. Therefore, it is gay. It's an almost even trade talentwise, but from the way the WWE likes to book these guys, Smackdow can't take the loss. Do you follow?

Let us not forget the incredible DANGER of splitting up teams like Christian/Tomko and Hurricane/Rosey. WHat danger do I speak of? Ask anybody (Especially Batista) about their thots on the genius Reverend D-Von idea. In all seriousness, as much as I'd like a tru-on draft, if the tag teams are at risk, the writers had best have a preliminary storyline for both members of said teams. Otherwise, good performers like Palumbo and Gunn are going to fade away into the Great Oblivion, never to return (no matter how bad the chassey).

On top of that, when you destroy cemented tag teams, like the Dudleys and La Resistance, you end up with jury-rigged Crap-on-a-Stick teams like Dupree and Suzuki, or Edge and Benoit. It's one thing to send singles guys to other shows -- I honestly think HHH would be good on SD, as would Micheals. And I could easily see 3C on RAW, seeing as how he so hates Teddy Lizzle. But busting up tag teams without even a hint of forethot is how 15 guys get released from contract in two weeks.

A draft would be nice but I think it would be somewhat pointless. No matter who ended up where, the booking for Smackdown would still play second fiddle to Raw and HHH would set up monopoly on whatever show he's own. Guys like Edge,Christian, Jericho, RVD, etc would most likely continued to be under-utilized. Need proof? The brand extension has been going on for about 3 years now and these guys still aren't being used like they could be. Another draft will MOST LIKELY change nothing except what show these guys are on.

There are very few tag teams with a danger of splitting up.

Tomko/Christian is viable, Hurricane/SHIT is not.

If you were opting for a point sarcastically, you failed.

Otherwise, I got your point, I just think it's totally shit. Splitting up tag teams was a major danger at the LAST roster split, but is more or less a moot point now. They were attempting to split longterm tag teams, including people who they had hinted at splitting anyway (The Hardyz, D-Von and Bubba), something they cannot do this time, as the only real "standing" tag team they could split is La Res.

They should make it an annual thing shortly after Wrestlemania. Perhaps even have their own show for it, because it would seem a bit biased to have it on RAW every year. And make it at least 10 picks each.

Hold it on Heat/Velocity.

1) It allows the wrestling shows to keep some wrestling.

2) It allows the wretling audience to ignore the draft if they don't care.

3) It adds some purpose to the D shows.

It'll also never happen because

1) They don't want people to miss the draft (For some reason, this will be bigger than holding matches...)

2) It would require showing real stars on Heat.

3) It would require making these shows worth a fuck.

First you gonna remove SD! former WWE champion, and Big Show? That's like two of ther biggest names and they don't have that many over there to begin with. Holly? Noone cares about him.. He's on Velocity anyways. Dupree on Raw? Doesn't fit to well. Dawn to Raw? Why?

Well it really doesn't look like a fair trade. Jericho doesn't need to move. Kane could but it wouldn't do anything for either show. Nobody cares about Simon Dean anymore. Hurrican e could help in the cruiserweight division. and Matt is understandable.

But overall I don't like how Raw's 5 for SD's 5 looks there.

Here's why I did this trade.

JBL-The guy been through everything on SD and Batista can really use another good heel.He can fued with Benoit,HBK,Shelton, etc. Plus, Orlando Jordan can take over the group and shine.

Show-been on Smackdown forever and really have no purpose on SD anymore either. Show can start new fueds with HHH,Edge,Christian,Orton.

Holly-no one cares but hey, no one cared about Jindrak and all the rest of the garbage SD got in the last draft.

Dawn-the women's division needs help and Dawn is decent and is a good character.

Dupree-to reunite La Resistance and pushed the guy again. I thought moving to SD was going to make his career but it ruin him.

Jericho-who is Jericho going to fued with on Raw,he been with everyone. You guys always talking about Jericho needs a push, that will never happen on Raw. He needs to get away from HHH.

Kane-same as Jericho

Simon Dean-the cruiserweights needs a wrestler who has a decent gimmick that will get a reaction from the fans.

Hurricane-same as Dean

Matt-really never fit in on Raw and had alot of bad luck on Raw.

Matt really should go to Smackdown. Remember when he was in the Cruiserweight champ?

I have a feeling we're gonna see a mega draft lottery in which ALL of the Raw talent moves to Smackdown in September.

They definately need to move around some main event guys.

SD needs to get the better of the draft in order to get more balance.

Cena for Batista wouldn't be the worst idea either.
