Regardless, I am now aware of what a legal detective dynamo I am up against. This is pretty much The Ultimate Warrior's version of an Ultimate Defeat. "Well, uh, we just suddenly realized we're all really busy here at Ultimate Warrior Headquarters, we got like a lot of stuff to do and a lot of folks to sue and we got irons in the fire and flies to swat with rosy-red cheeks so you're clearly not worth our time, despite what we said before. Repeatedly. In a threatening fashion. For serious." Poor Chris Lewis harbors some sort of rage at me because the only phone number he can find is that of my fathers, and every time he calls my father, who I haven't lived with in about 10 years, he fails to reach me. My dad actually called me last night to say "some crazy guy phoned the house here. He called me a 'candy ass' and then hung up." I replied to him, "oh yeah, that's this guy representing the Ultimate Warrior. He pretty much has an airtight legal case against us, which is why he's spending his Sunday night calling you, my father." My dad doesn't understand the Internet as well as I do.

So where will it all go from here? Will I receive more insane threats from Chris Lewis, representing former WWF superstar The Ultimate Warrior? Will he eventually remember to take his medication and drop the whole bogus lawsuit threat deal? Or will Mr. Warrior track me down and throw me into a folding table while patriotic music blares in the background and a homosexual somewhere contracts the AIDS virus? Stay tuned!

I was kinda wondering if this was legit, though it seemed to be:

  • Believable in terms of what Warrior would do
  • Too much effort to be worthwhile
  • Legit in terms of the original argument (While not slander/libel, a lawyer would pursue this end up until the stalking part)
And the nit started to get crazier. perhaps the Lawyer, Chris, took it personal. perhaps he isn't a lawyer. Perhaps he IS warrior as someone cracked. Or maybe it's fake. I don't know. That last set of mails seemed too out there to totally buy.

I reckon that's the case, why would a Lawyer keep sending Emails when he knows they are getting published making him look stupid?

If it were a lawyer surely they would of sent letters instead of Emails, mainly becuase they can claim that back in costs if they win the case.

Also if he has the guys number (or at least his dad's) why doesn't he just call again? He knows where he's lives go and visit him. If this Lawyer is so convinced that they can win this case he would re-coup massive amounts of costs to do all of that on top of his fees.

Infact in the last couple of mails he seems to have totally fogotten about the case and just moved on to personal insults instead. Which therefore would leave him open to the same charges that he's trying to claim on surely?

Those e-mails had me cracking up. Because I'm delirious at the present moment? Perhaps. But jesus christ... resorting to stalking? It's funny because you look at something like that and you think it HAS to be fake, it's that over the top.
