Hmmm the res evil games are pretty creepy and do make me jump. Doom3 is a cunt of a game, and half life 2 when you are in raven wood was twisted as fuck, and damn those god damn building leaping zombies!

Resi Evil 2 scared me shitless when I first played it. The bit when the Licker burst through the mirror nearly gave me a heart attack.

Silent Hill was a game that gave me nightmares for 2 weeks after finishing it, very fucked up game.

Found Doom 3 to be scary, but its bloody hard so never got to play it much.
