Dibiase making that kid cry because he couldn't dribble the ball enough times. Earthquake sitting in the audience. Dibiase challenging him to come down to the ring
stopped watching, thought wrestling was gay started tuning in for The Rock. I never got cable (TSN) so I couldn't watch RAW. But I started watching because of Smackdown! I remember the Triple H vs. The Rock with HBK as guest referee match. The old SD! theme brings back memories of when wrestling was actually good. Then Arnold showing up to screw Triple H and he raised the Box office championship belt. I would go watch RAW at my friends' house because he had cable. I remember the night where DX reunited again Last edited by The Naitch; 04-14-2007 at 12:35 PM. |

my 1st wrestling memory was the Prime Time Wrestling that had The Megapowers vs The Twin Towers. That was the show where Savage finally turned on Hogan for carrying Elizabeth to the back. I remember I really hated Akeem & Bossman.

The very first wrestling memory I have is watching with my grandfather (who was a farmer. It was Dusty Rhodes versus someone, I don't remember who, but my grandpa LOVED Dusty. I know there are some Dusty haters here, but if you try and put yourself back then, when most everyone was still a mark, Dusty was the goddamn man. This was before the body-building area, and he really did seem like a player for the common-man.
Anyway, so, there you go, random memory. Yay Dusty. Edit: I really feel sorry for people who didn't get to see NWA. It was a completely different style to WWE, and was geared toward a more mature audience. Don't get me wrong, I love WWE, as well as WCW at it's peak, but I wish a true NWA product would come back. Hope the surgery goes well and you recover 100% and quickly.
My first memory is SummerSLam 1991, probably my favourite ppv because it was my first. But awesome none the less. |

Oh, I also remember my aunt marking out for Rick Rude, even though he was one of the most hated heels at the time by men, it seemed that alot of women actually loved him.
Could have been a great champ, imo. |

KayFabe, will Nurse Slobberknockers be there?
Hope it'll all go well. My first wrestling memory, the youngest I can remember was, I think, the submission match between Bret Hart and Bob Backlund at King of the Ring. Or was that Survivor Series? It was in 94. British Bulldog got knocked out outside the ring and I thought he was dead or something. I believe that was it. |
