Dave Batista as a heel would definitely be interesting, but I think Smackdown desperately needs a "hero" right now. Batista fits that bill. Undertaker is also a great face, but he's a bit too old to be carrying the show. If the WWE can bring in another solid face to Smackdown (Jericho?), then I wouldn't mind seeing Batista make the turn. Have Batista go over Taker as a heel, and then go up against the new #1 face.

From what I understand, Matt Hardy has been getting great face reactions. I'd keep him face.

One sad part of SmackDown!, for me, was the realization that referee Jim Corderis (or however the fuck you spell his name) has better mic skills than Matt Hardy.
