No doubt from some retard on this site. Fourfifty was touting that version of things.

What the SEC investigation came down to was investigating use of such an angle as a form of shareholder fraud. Still sound stupid? Well, predictably, WWE stocks were impacted. This is exactly the sort of thing the SEC investigates. Hardly the worst case, but still what they do.

Didn't the WWE announce on its website that it was a work? Even so, couldn't they argue that their share prices were impacted simply due to having a great storyline featuring the on-going presence of Donald Trump, not the legitimate sale of Raw?

Cole still is a douche. Yeah he's a heel now and his stupidity has some direction, it comes off lame as fuck. His screaming at Matthews was so out of place, and to shit on the guys that you want to make stars some day? Not a good start..makes no sense. But i'm sure the highers ups figured since the IWC doesnt like or respect Cole anyway, they can try to use it to make him seem like he's an integral part of the show.
