I agree that yes certainly some people treat him that way because it is seen to be the 'cool' thing to do.

I think you're wrong.

It would probably be more like 50% (which is a balanced view).

The remaining 40% of your estimation would be from people who take exception to your attacks and jump on the band wagon to try and get you to stop.
