Would absolutely cum myself if Brock Lesnar was "itbegins." But yeah, I think the biggest match of interest involving Lesnar right out the gate, besides Cena vs. Lesnar, is Lesnar vs. Undertaker. Fresh off his MMA career, Lesnar returns to professional wrestling to break the fabled streak.

Now, as for how the ending would be booked -- that really trips me out. But it certainly wouldn't be a foregone conclusion, would it? It would certainly generate interest on a card also featuring Cena vs. The Rock, Big Show vs. Shaq, a WWE Title match and a World Heavyweight Title match.

If WWE signs back Brock Lesnar, it would essentially be admitting inferiority to UFC. I don't think anybody thinks that UFC guys wouldn't beat WWE guys in actual fights, but that could possibly make kayfabe extinct forever. Is that a good or a bad thing?

Vince McMahon quit caring about kayfabe after he realized he didn't have to give athletic commissions a cut of the gate if he admitted its all fake. I don't think kayfabe really matters because wrestling passed the point of no return a long time ago. It has made it harder to create that "emotional connection" with people to create a long-term fanbase, but it can still be done and I think the industry and those in it are better off now then they were 20-30 years ago. Also, Vince McMahon's thinking about the ultimate form of credibility...

Just things to think about. Personally, I would love to see Brock Lesnar back in WWE. Imagine if he would have left UFC on his own terms and THEN come back, though. Yes, we all know it's fake, but something like that could have had a bigger effect than him coming back now.

As soon as Lesnar went down last night, I told my roomate "how much you wanna bet I can go on tpww or google, and search at least 5 storys that came up about Lesnar retired in UFC to get his shot at WWE."

During a post-fight press conference, UFC head Dana White made it clear that Brock Lesnar was retiring under contract, so he wouldn't be free and clear to go work for WWE or another pro wrestling promotion without White's permission.

They've still got the rights to the older UFC stuff through 2012,i'm guessing thats what he means.
