According to NXT, Maryse has chosen "NXT" and possibly Yoshi Tatsu over Teddy DiBiase, so if that is carried over to Raw then Ted is actually by himself now.

It boggles my mind why the title is on the Bellas right now as they bring in Kong. It would make more sense for the title to still be on Eve, have Kong take her out, Beth Phoenix comes to the rescue.

I don't know. To me, the Bellas best embody the "Barbieness" of the divas. They have no real skills. They've literally kept their jobs because they're (moderately) attractive and there are two of them. If I was Kharma, I can't imagine anything that would make me more angry than them representing the Divas as their champion.
