They do, they have strength coaches and such, where they grey area is, is how they train in the offseason. Some teams work requirements into contracts or have off-season training sessions but some players prefer to work on their own and tend to get coaches permission. I can't believe no one is making an argument for Mushin Muhammed and Jake Delhomme. Muhammed should have made it over Holt (no disrespect to Holt) and Jake should have gotten in over Vick (Vick does not have Pro Bowl worthy numbers, the only thing that got him in was his name).

I think those two were only the major snubs, at least offensively, this year.

Corey could have gotten in, along with Rudi, but once again...too many worthy RB's to choose from the AFC.
