You got some respect from me...and trust me, I know that about half of what comes out of my mouth someone disagrees with. Hell I think I am the only one who doesn't even enjoy Samoa Joe...but agreeing on everything isn't what this place is about. Hell I have no problem with anyone who thinks something opposite of myself, what I have a problem with is twats who don't know how to fucking type words correctly, marks who think that a number of title reigns warrents a place of greatness, tools who are under the impression that a wrestler's promo and enterence should be twice as long as his actual match because wrestling is boring...I think I have made my point. No I don't expect to see anyone here agree with my point of view, and fact of the matter is I have spent most of my time here on the losing side of alot of agruments...Point and Case; I am not sure Kane Knight and I have ever agreed on anything in terms of wrestling...now as to who is a twat and who isn't we usually have the same mind, and yet Knighty and I have a shit load of mutual respect for one another. That's what it comes down to.

(Long story short, yeah you got some respect too )

For the record, Samoa Joe is horribly overrated. He's supposed to be this shoot type fighter yet he delivers some of the weakest most pussified looking forearms, punches, and kicks I've ever seen. I am actually embarassed for the guys who have to sell that crap.

Other stuff about him irritiates me as well, but that's the big one.

I blame that for how TNA books him. He should be recognized for using the Strong Style, not some kind of MMA style. He put on some classics in RoH, but his work(so far) in TNA hasn't been as good(including the Alex Shelly match and the Triple Threat). Unfortunately, Joe is a guy that needs a good opponet to really shine.

But that is Joe's biggest problem. He isn't a good wrestler, he is a good mirror. In RoH he had no end of good workers to get in the ring with, not that TNA is lacking, but TNA has a different style. Joe can't carry his own, he is more of the reflection of the other guy. Other then the most recent Triple Threat Match between Daniels, Styles, and Joe...I don't remember a time when Joe was in the ring with someone and the other guy had to step up and deliver a great performance to keep up with Joe. It's what I like to call the Al Snow Effect. Al Snow is a great worker, put him in the ring with a talent and he shines like a mother fucking, in with a dud and he bombs. Luckly for Joe he hasn't run across any duds yet..but wait...just wait.

I don't think his style really fits him well either. I don't know, I can't explain it, but I just find him awkward in the ring sometimes. I do enjoy his matches, mind you, but it has to be with an above average worker, like you pointed out.

I actually loved the triple threat in TNA. But he was also working with AJ and Daniels (who might be the best all-arounder today not named Kurt Angle). And yeah, its that awkward thing. Maybe its because he's fat. \

But there is just something about Joe that I just don't/can't/won't connect with.
