Seems that even though on my stats I've killed every type of animal, I haven't got the achievement for it. Are there ones missing on the last or something?

Now it only lists the animals you've killed, so you could be missing a few.

* Domestic animals may do not count towards this achievement, but they are listed because the achievement unlocked when I killed a domestic pig.

Owls can be hunted (And so can any other animal in the entire game). They are commonly found below Chuparosa and next to the Beecher's Hope ranch in West Elizabeth. They can also be found in Tall Trees, usually near Nekoti Rock and sometimes found around the Walton Gang Hideout.
Even though they are quite large birds, owls can be extremely hard to see, due to their choice of habitat and feeding times. They only appear at night, and normally choose tall trees to make their nests in and rest. However, they will come to the ground at times, which makes them easier to spot, but will flee at the first sign of trouble. Once they have fled, it will be extremely difficult to find them again. This makes them one of the more challenging animals to hunt.

I had that happen during a duel once. Horse walked right in front of my shot and I got rocked because I couldn't see the douche.

The DLC is available for download. It's free for the moment so, I'd snag it while they keep it free. Seems pretty fun so I'll be looking for a co-op partner to run through this with tonight.

this was advertised as part of the package since before the game came out. I'm not talking minutia when I mention it to you and Figgy. Missing it seems tantamount to not knowing about free roam in multiplayer, or that there are horses.

but anyway, doesn't matter much. I'm just surprised.

That does sound like a pain, but it depends on how they do it. Gold Medals in Single Player can be achieved in multiple playthroughs on missions, and the challenges (Pike's Basin and Gaptooth) are pretty easy to gold medal.

I'm finally in West Elizabeth. I've fucked around too much on this game in order to get 100%. But I know for a fact that if I did it after the storyline missions I'd be bored shitless.

Got loads of trophies now though. I'm not one to be arsed about them, but as I'm quite into this game now, I want them. Only Pro Evo 2010 is anywhere near Platinum with like 85%

I think Burnout's my only title close to platinum on the PS3. And that's kinda sad.

got 890 GS on RDR, including the DLC. Not going to go apeshit trying to flawless it because I'm not that anal, but it shows how much more I've done with this game than msot of my collection.

I'm playing the 360 version. That's Gamerscore, the points you get from doing the achievements. Most retail games have 1000. I think the DLC added 100.
