No you don't.
Your Rep Power is determined by your "rep points". As you can see by your three red dots, you have negative rep, which means any rep you give to another poster will have no affect on them, unless they somehow have a lower rep than you. Until your rep comes out of the negative, any rep you give, is pointless.

No, Jaton, they declared Tazz's win at the rumble void because the Tazmission was a chokehold and not a submission hold. They had a rematch later on that Angle won.
