Seriously, though, out of all the guys released, I most feel sorry for Charlie Haas. Just because his skills are probably the least transferable. Paul Burchill could do well for himself in TNA, as he can move around the ring well and be a great monster for the X-Division. Gregory Helms could team with Shannon Moore, do X-Division work, or even achieve more there. Maria is hot, and could get them some attention. Charlie Haas, though? He's a fantastic wrestler, but you see how little actual wrestling they put on TV.

ROHwrestling.com has a thread basically asking ROH to sign Charlie Haas. From a pure wrestling standpoint that'd be a match made in heaven.

However, I get the feeling Charlie Haas will be wrestling in Japan, more money there for him.

I hope ROH pays attention to that thread. Especially because Charlie Haas is perfect for ROH. But last time they didn't really pay much attention to him. This initiative people are taking on the ROH Forums is a good sign, though.

If I'm not mistaken Low-Ki dedicated his ROH Championship win on Russ Haas. Just an intresting thing to note if Charlie winds up in ROH.

Ah, well that sucks. I hope to see Haas in ROH. I think he could add a lot there. I actually think he could do well in TNA, too. Would not mind seeing him share Ric Flair as a manager, actually. For some reason, I've always thought that those two would mesh together so well.

Charlie Haas

I remember being SOOOOO excited when he returned in 2005 (I think). Only to have a couple of matches and disappear again. Here's hoping he can go somewhere and actually make a name for himself.
