Melina getting the boot wouldn't bother me at all. The only time I liked her was 2007 when she was feuding with Candice and her only really good match is with Beth Phoenix at One Night Stand 2008 the I Quit Match and that's really only because of Beth anyway. I do see her getting the boot. I'm hoping Morrison isn't cut. He's one of the best guys on the roster and I don't care about the whole snub situation. I feel there was alot of overreacting from Trish's camp as well in this. R-Truth most likely replaced Morrison at Extreme Rules, but I think getting rid or Morrison, Kofi, Dibiase or McIntyre would be a bad decision. All three are great mid card talents. I do think they should bring in Shelton Benjamin again, though. However, those four are favorites of mine and I don't want to see them go, but I feel they're in the most danger on the main roster. I don't want to see Masters go either, as I have always been a fan even when he debuted. Reks, Hawkins, Primo, Hornswoggle etc are probably the expected ones at this point. On the divas side I really hope Beth and Natalya don't get cut with Kong coming in. They could have some great feuds and matches with those two and Kong. Getting rid of Gail would be ridiculous as her and Kong can have good matches as we know. Rosa should be with Del Rio. Alicia Fox, Maryse and Melina are not favorites of mine so whatever happens with them won't bother me.

The six-man tag match pitted Trish, Morrison and Snooki against Lay Cool and I don't remember....

Thing was after the match they made a HUGE fucking thing because while Snooki and Trish were hugging and playing nice after they won, Morrison visibly gave Trish the cold shoulder and kept his distance.

She had a major beef with Trish because she felt Stratus took away a spot on the card that only she or any other "Diva" should have had since they bust their ass for the company while Trish is arguably seen as more a glorified freelancer who comes and goes as she pleases.

Things escalated when Trish "took the high road" with Morrison by putting him over and complementing his talent immensely on a radio show but definitely pointing out how he was acting. Wasn't a team player, that sort of thing.

This scenario likely didn't help Morrison's standing within the company because word has it that Melina was pretty much the cause of the ridiculous drama that this thing turned into as she has been vocal backstage about feeling robbed of being in that match originally.

Word also got out that she's been tapped in other senses, as once Vince McMahon got word of what was going on (which wasn't long) it had been reported that Morrison was more or less on McMahon's shit list since John is repped to be a pussywhipped, cuckolded loser backstage by the macho tough guys that I guess never had menage a trois' of their own while on the road. Once word got out that he allowed Melina to sleep with whoever she pleased when they were together--one of them being Batista, that's all she wrote.

Adding some more gasoline to the fire is Sean Morley/Val Venis in which he spazzed out on Melina via Twitter, calling her a slut, and BURIED Morrison. All this because he and Trish were such good friends.

I can't help but wonder would this story have had as much weight as it did if WM27 was a success?

The product's outcome overall came off like it was a 3 hour episode of RAW.

There's really only one way to solve this.

Make Morrison's relationship with Melina a storyline and turn him heel as this uber-protective boyfriend type.

Then bring Val Venis back and he'll show off his newest movie: "ONE NIGHT IN MELINA" where he bangs Melina. They have a short feud where Venis takes his girlfriend.

Later they end up as a tag team when it's revealed that Morrison gave her permission to make the movie and they "share her."

I think WWE should let Morrison go. Maybe it will be a wake-up call to him. Then they can hire him back a little later. If he goes to TNA well then WWE can focus on other talent instead.

Any chance you think he'll work for Dixie? Now that you mention it, I see his character of the 60s glam rocker get over a hella lot more there. They're doing gimmicks they like and feel works right now and running with it. This wouldn't hurt Morrison. Or at least it shouldn't.

If they did the slow mo entrance thing (which I think is pretty cool actually), back 5-6 years ago, I guarantee it'd get more over. Not that's it not now, but to a certain extent. Remember Vince panders to children now, and I wouldn't expect a 7 year old to mark out for someone wearing ruffled jackets and theme music peppered w/ Jimi Hendrix-inspired karaoke vocals.

That's true. Guys are dicks and move on from it all the time. I'm still thinking that Morrison and Melina might get separated in the draft, though. Morrison to SmackDown! and Melina to either languish on RAW or even released.

lol what, you're more than happy to indulge in 'Hogan is the anti-christ' idioticness and other 'typical net stuff' but when it's your boy Morrison and something that is actually 'pretty lol', people are somehow wrong for talking about it. Especially ridiculous given there's obviously something to it/was actually born out of numerous statements/clips/text/references from employees/former employees including Batista himself that were actually around the situation as opposed to the usual net idiot way spreading rumours, putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with cheeseburger. The only thing that surprises me about this is how long it's taken people to cotton onto it, this story has been around for ages but it's gained a new lease of life with the Trish stuff.

That's different because by doing that, King was facing repercussions from Vince himself. Morrison being a douche to Trish when the choice to put her in the match likely came from someone on Vince's creative team makes Morrison a passive aggressive punk. If he'd gone to Vince or creative and said something and then was getting jobbed out or cut I'd be on his side.

Don't see how you've come to the conclusion that the two are even remotely similar. King quit his well paid, 1-2 day a week job on national television that still allowed him to wrestle elsewhere because they fired his wife, he did something to the detriment of his career and bank balance strictly out of principle. Morrison by all accounts and purposes sits back while guys spaff in, on and around his missus. Where is there anything close to being similar there?

Former WWE star Sean "X-Pac" Waltman feels John Morrison should apologize for his unprofessional conduct towards Trish Stratus at WrestleMania XXVII.

"I think he should be ashamed," Waltman wrote on Twitter. "I think he owes Trish a public apology, and deserves to be in doghouse. Total bullshit."

He continued, "I lost a lot of respect for Morrison over that. He may not care, but he f'n should."

The former WWE Women's Champion stated during a radio interview two weeks ago that Morrison gave her the cold shoulder during their post-match celebration. She also said that he rejected her suggestions during pre-match planning.

Company sources indicate that he and/or his girlfriend Melina believe Stratus took the WrestleMania spot away from the Diva regular, hence Morrison's behavior towards her.

Those on Morrison's side say as he was laying out the match with Stratus, she was insisting that her trademark spots be featured, which led to his resentment. The complaint was that Stratus wanted to be the "star" of the match when its intention was for Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi to garner mainstream attention for WWE. Also, the match was also under extreme time constraints and Morrison should have been treated as a rising star as opposed to "just another guy."

While Stratus is generally regarded well behind the scenes, she has had her share of detractors over the years. She was not popular during her early years in the promotion and there have been complaints of her being arrogant, self-centered and phony. Former WWE announcer Kevin Kelly, who worked with Stratus from 2000 to 2003, was particularly negative towards her during a 2007 "shoot" interview and alleged that she engaged in a sexual relationship with Vince McMahon. Stratus also received a lot of heat from WWE officials for refusing to participate in the 25-Diva Battle Royal at WrestleMania XXV. More recently, Stratus drew the ire of numerous Divas as they believe she "took their spots" at WrestleMania XXVII.
