Also, if anyone has any tips on beating Manhunter with the Green Lanterns, please give me some help. I don't know if maybe it was a glitch or what, but he constantly healed himself last night. Any damage I caused was healed, so I dont know what to to. I made 5 attempts and gave up so I wouldn't have a huge repair bill.

Nevermind. Got him today.
Was glitching last night.

I'd kinda like to find a site that has a database of DCUO quests, kind of like Thottbot did for WoW.

You could just type in the name of the quest, and it will bring up all the information you could possibly need. I'm having a really hard time finding an npc...perhaps I'll look it up.

My subscription renews automatically. I rarely play this anymore. Would be different if it were a bit easier to type and talk on headsets. I haven't played my ps3 much lately, so I guess that's why. I may play some this weekend.

This is going F2P in Oct. That was the only thing holding me back from this game, so I guess I will start looking for a deal on this.

I don't think this one will be so bad though, if PS3 owners can download it for free and they push it on the PSN store, it should be fine. The PC F2P MMORPG market is way too crammed.

Hopefully not. I played quite a bit of Chanpions Online when it became F2P and there was no cap or anything. The only thing I bought was Deadpool style guns and sword style and that was optional. Could have used one of the other 5 styles.

Rumor was that this was going to be free today. That is not the case as they are saying "late October." So probably sometime next week.

Oh and you won't need to buy the game on disc. They confirmed it will appear in the Playstation Store to download for free.

come the fuck on. i create my character, and i swear to fucking god 2 seconds after starting, where it says destroy the door or something, the stupid game freezes. that was my biggest problem with the beta. why can't they fix that, i don't understand

Nope.

I mean, it was a joke, but also a deliberate shot at you.

The notion that even you could get on despite quality control, but D Mac couldn't, is an intended shot at both. The difference being, in D Mac's case, it's done with affection.

I normally wouldn't bother to explain that much, but you did seem to think that the fact you hadn't logged on since launch month somehow changed anything. Seemed you were even slower on the uptake than normal.

Plus, we're now getting off the topic of how much D Mac sucks.
