Thoughts on the Beautiful People
I got to say I am a really big fan of thiers and have enjoyed most of thier segments since they started up in 2008. I think Angelina and Velvet played thier gimmick perfectly and cut really good promos. You really could believe those two acted like that in real life and that's why it worked and still works so good. I do think Madison and Lacey are great additions and it kind of allows Velvet to take the leader position. I love the feud right now with Angelina and it doesn't get lost in the shuffle at all. I don't see it as just a "woman's segment" or anything and enjoy it just as much as anything else.

Anyway, just wanted to say the Beautiful People are awesome and one of the best stables in wreslting today. Enjoy thier aweosme theme

I love The Beautiful People's theme, as generic as it may be.

Also, there was a period when I was DVRing TNA, and they were always my favorite part of the show. It was just Angelina and Velvet Sky at the time, though. I haven't caught too much of the recent group.

yea, same here with them being the best part of the show. lol. I would just keep flipping until they came on. They are pretty good now, but Velvet carries the group. The feud with Angelina is really good.

yea, she is a face. Well basically after Angelina was released, the Beautiful People (Velvet and Madison) faked a face turn and said that Angelina was the cause of all thier past actions and stuff. They had Taylor Wilde and her partner come out and they apoligized to them, but then they attacked them. This is where Lacey came in and joined them.

So Angelina came back and on her 1st show back, she was in the crowd and hugged Velvet when the Beutiful People came out. But then she ran in and attacked all of them that same segment.

I think the fact that WWE are pretty much recreating the BP with Michelle and Layla on SmackDown at the moment is indicative of their success as a group/gimmick.

Except the BP are way better than Michelle and Layla in every way. Velvet even thought Maryse was stealing their gimmick too. But the BP are probably the best part about TNA, and not even just their looks. All can wrestle except Lacey. Angelina cuts really great, and usually funny promos. They are just an all around solid group of women.
