Help Guys

So i pretty much got Norton Deleted out of my system . But for some reason it is showing up in my program files . When i go to delete it . I get a message saying you need permission to perform this action . You require permission from the administrators to make changes to this folder ? im the only person on this system . im using windows 7 . yes a bootleg copy . and i installed norton on saturday. ANY HELP GUYS IM CLUELESS
