Does anyone know who he was and what the plans were for him?

For anyone who doesn't remember, he was the "Investigator" in the whole "Who killed Mr. McMahon" angle.



Was he just an actor used for that angle or was he a wrestler that we would later see in the ring had Chris Benoit not died and the angle scrapped?
