Crush 40 (And Recent Sonic the Hedgehog Musical Acts)

While the Sonic games varied from bad to wtf, the franchise remained to have a cool musical history. A prominent band for many years and even now is Crush 40, whose sound as far as I can tell is the spiritual successor to the Power Ranger's Ron Wasserman's (that 'Power Pop', martial arts, hype-rock thing lol). Here's some cuts to tab while you websurf.

There are other acts that create tracks for the Sonic series, and they all basically rotate on themes and in-game soundtracks. They even cover each others tracks for some nice remixes. Head to YouTube and have a marathon sometime. I can imagine many of us missing all this content on the count of Sonic's poor post-16bit years, but I fucking love it all.
