Balrog is slightly better. El Fuerte is way better. Though I use him, I do not use the infinite throw trap like every faggot on Xbox Live. I do however take advantage of his ridiculous new ultra.

What would the advantage be in having "secret weapons"? I still don't understand the title. They're either your main, backups, casual picks. Call me old fashioned.

I don't know, I just clicked with him once while doing his arcade mode. Since then I use him like 1 in every 20 or 30 fights and usually win.
