Survivor Series Stays
FROM THE FRONT FUCKING PAGE
It was announced in the arena at RAW tonight that tickets for the 2010 Survivor Series will go on sale this Friday. The event is scheduled for the American Airlines Arena in Miami on November 21. In February, Vince McMahon had indicated that the Survivor Series name would be retired after 22 years, due to the poor buyrate for the 2009 edition. |

Maybe this means they'll build to it this year instead of saying "Oh, shit, it's next week!"

I wouldn't read too much into this. It could just mean that they haven't come up with a new name for the PPV YET. My tickets from last year's Bragging Rights say "Cyber Sunday" on them, because they hadn't yet come up with the Bragging Rights name when tickets went on sale.
Not that I wouldn't love to see SS stick around, mind you. |

Maybe they could call it "Multiple Elimination Tag Team Match" In honour of their recent naming scheme.

The name already fits into the current trend of PPVs so there's no need to change it and besides it's been one of the company's big 5 shows of the year.

Meh dont care either way, its good to have new ppv names to refresh things ya know but I guess Survivor Series is a classic so they keep it...both sides are valid.
