It is being reported, and confirmed by TSN, that former Detroit Redwings Enforcer Bob Probert has been pronounced died at a hospital in Ontario.

He was on his boat about 2p.m. yesterday on Lake St. Clair with his wife and kids apparently trying to fix something on the boat. He went to stand for a second and collapsed, and was taken to a Ontario hospital where they tried to revive him several times before declaring him dead. Was a pretty fucking horrible way to start my day, as I heard about this on the local AM news.
