Better Wrestler #162
The Hitman laid the smackdown on the People's Champ, leaving many to wonder if any wrestler can possible stop the Excellence of Execution's march to the Hall of Fame. The British Bulldog has already beaten Bret Hart in one of the biggest matches in wrestling history, and also banged his pretty hot sister. But does this mean he's the better wrestler? Let's find out!

In his greatest match, Smith had to be carried by Hart. I think it says it all. Smith was a good worker who knew his way around the ring, he was just limited because he was out of breath after five minutes. That's why I liked him better in tag teams, with Dynamite Kid and then with Owen Hart. I loved their run with the belts.

Smith had some great matches, but Kapoutman pretty much summed it up.
Plus, I was a huge Bret Hart fan as a kid. |

Davey Boy was always better as a tag team member then out on his own, IMHO. Bret was a great tag team wrestler, transitioned into a great singles competitor, and was just better all around. Still loved Davey though.

All the love in the world for the Bulldog, but this wasn't even a close call.
--Edit-- Epic fail on my part, somehow voted for Davey Boy. Oh well, no like it really matters the way this round is shaping up. |

I have a hard time comparing them. I enjoy them both a great deal, but Bret takes this easily for me. Bulldog's tag team work was great, Bret's was greater.
Bulldog had his ups and downs as a singles competitor. I enjoyed him, but not regularly or on a large scale. Bret's singles career speaks for itself. |
