I voted for Owen, and heres why:

Bret is a slightly better mat wrestler then Owen, but Owen had a better aray of moves then Bret. Owen could mat wrestle, and he could go to the air. But the deciding factor to me was that Owen had more charisma then Bret. Loved them both though.

Owen was fantastic, no doubt about that. But Bret is one of those legends who is just on a whole other level.

I think Owen had limitless potential to become one of the greatest, but sadly he was lost before he truly had a chance to shine.

I think Owen brought more to the table with his high flying ability along with the great ring ability that his brother also possessed.

I also think that Owen brought more emotion his his performances and Bret was little bit more of a technician then a showman.

Bret Hart although to be fair Owen career was cut way too short before he had a chance or opportunity to be a in the main event scene for long periods of time like Bret was in the WWF and early Attitude Era.

Loved Owen's Black Hart heel character after he won the King of the Ring and his different way of doing the Sharpshooter. I also loved the whole Canada vs USA feud between Bret and HBK because depending on where RAW was being held, the heel-face roles would be reversed without any need for storyline reasons.
