I voted Bret. Flair has put on the same match for 20 years with only random moments of awesomeness. Yeah the dude is a legend and I respect him but Hart was way more versatile in the ring and a little less formulaic.

Ric Flair is the second greatest professional wrestler of all time. (The first being Savage, IMO) Bret is probably in my top 15, but not in my top 5 like alot of guys on here. But, then again, I'm just one of those guys that's more entertained by "flashy" guys that are excellent on the mic. I guess Bret isn't in my top 10 or top 5 the same reason Benoit isn't. Dunno.

I do think Bret's mic skills are often undersold though. He wasn't a natural on the stick, but his promos just seemed very genuine and honest. You still wanted to hear what the guy had to say.

Like I said though, Flair is the 2nd greatest of all time and his style was just right up my alley. I voted Flair. Wish he would stop destroying his own legacy though.

Ric Flair overall but both are great wrestlers and should be in Hall since at the rate things are going, there is enough "big" names to prevent anyone else from going into the Hall unless it becomes a sympathy or get-it-over-with vote.

Bret was the better wrestler in terms of skills while Flair had better charisma and promo skills. Even though Flair should have stopped wrestling years ago, he still has tremendous value as a manager or at least as a mouthpiece to a young/inexperienced wrestler (ex. Heyman with Brock Lesnar).

It's probably because Flair reeks of desperation right now. Bret is on WWE TV and Flair is on TNA TV.
