Program or device I can use to play back audio at a slower speed?
Yo,
My old MP3 player, a Creative Zen, had a setting that allowed me to slow down playback speed of a song. The software used to manage it did the same. Problem is, I can't get that software to work on my computer anymore. I did ten rounds with customer service, and I'm no closer to an answer. Creative's software qwas dumb anyway. I'm looking for either software or cheap hardware (like a portable device) so I can play along with music at a slower speed to practice guitar leads. I know of a few expensive devices I can use, but I'm not in the market to spend money if I can avoid it. If there's a free media player that does it, then awesome. Anyone got any ideas? I imagine this has to be a pretty popular bit for musical instrument practice. ![]() --John Rogers |
