Went with Rougeau since its too early to judge Bourne at a main promotion level (WWF/WWE/WCW/etc).

Bourne still has the potential for a decent career in the WWE maybe at a future Intercontinental title level and I do find him more entertaining as a viewer now than The Mountie who I watched as a kid.
