I'm going with Mankind........ the tortured soul who constantly squealed, shrieked "Mommy!", spoke to a rat, physically abused himself by pulling out his hair, and lived in a boiler room. Of course, the Cactus Jack persona was awesome too, IMO, but I liked (heel) Mankind just a little bit more.

Easily Mankind as I don't think they really went as far with the character as they could have. I always hated Dude Love and the goofiness Mankind turned toward later in his run. I really wish they would have kept him heel and demented but oh well. Still my favorite Foley character.

His ECW interviews as Cactus were some of the best I've ever seen anywhere.Foley is my second favorite behind HBK,so every persona of his is a favorite of mine.

Mankind hands down. One of the most unique gimmicks created, love the goofy version of him but the demented version of him worked.

Mankind had the deepest backround with all the emotional torment and psychotic breakdowns. Plus he also had some of the best matches as Mankind via him vs Undertaker in Hell In A Cell.

Cactus Jack with Mankind as my 2nd favorite.

Personally I never liked the Dude Love character although it is still an achievement of how he managed to make 4 characters become popular when most wrestlers struggle to make their own character popular with the crowd.

cactus jack now that i'm older and have had an opportunity to get a fullview of foley's career. obviously have a lot of love for mankind as that's how i knew him first.

It's a really tricky question.

Mankind: Was awesome as a heel when the charcter debuted. His stroyline(s) with Taker/Kane/Bearer were good. As were matches with HBK, Taker, HHH, etc. The goofy Mankind with Socko wasn't any where near as interesting. Mick did have the biggest moments (Title wins, HiaC) with the gimmick though.

Dude Love: Was more of an shared joke, playing on the character Foley created as a younster. The most notable thing the Dude did was fued with Austin for a couple of months back in 98. Nobody is gonna vote for Dude Love.

Cactus Jack: Worked very well as both a heel and face without tweaking the charcacter too much. The ECW promos, match vs Orton and fued with HHH in 2000 were my highlights of Jack.

Mick Foley sans gimmick: Mick seems to incorporate aspects of all three of his personas into his "real" self. The goofiness of Dude Love and face Makind mixed with the crazinessof Cactus and heel Mankind. His match against Edge at Mania is still a fave.

Gonna go with Cactus. Just.

The Mankind character was good tv. The storyline with him being interviewed by JR and giving him the mandable claw. Good stuff.

I never really felt a difference between Cactus Jack and plain Mick Foley. I have to say Mankind, but I have a soft spot for the Dudester. The character was so absurd. I'll never forget when he debuted as Austin's mystery partner. The look on Austin's face was priceless.

I thought Mankind was the perfect character. I loved how deranged he was and his feud with Taker was great. I loved it.

He even worked well when he turned face.

Going with the deranged one Mankind. Him getting injured in a match then being wheeled out on a stretcher only for him to come flying down the ramp riding the stretcher is one of my favorite moments ever from wrestling.

Anyone remember what match that was from?
