He's truly one of the greats. I think when his career is said and done, he's going to be considered "underrated", because he should have been even bigger than he is, given his talents.

Obviously I don't know him personally, but based on interviews it seems as though he knows he's the best, and it seems as though he's helpful with making the business better as a whole.

IMO anything Jericho has ever said that may make him appear arrogant is likely to be all in good fun. Pretty much all the stuff I've ever heard about him is that he's a very cool guy, maybe he knows he's amazing and is just poking fun at the fact? I can be like that at work sometimes.
