Best Camcorder Under $350 USD?

I'm planning to take an international trip next year and I want to capture a lot of video. I prefer a built in hard drive and also maybe an option to record onto a flash card. What would be a good camcorder or alternative for making sex videos?

I haven't had a problem with my Aiptek 720p camcorder, though it's now a bit dated. The have 1080p versions that are newer, seem to be the best bang for your "buck" as you can find them for $150-200 on eBay. Fairly certain they take an SD card so you can get one with a pretty large memory. That's my pick.

I've been researching the new Flip Ultra HD. The videos on youtube are pretty good quality.

Here's a comparison. Aiptek video is in 720p, but you get the idea. I think the Flip looks a bit better.

Edit: Apparently embedding doesn't work at my school, dunno. They've got test videos for both on youtube.

I have a JVC Everio ...but I'm not sure if I got it for under $350 because it was on a secret best buy sale and I won a $50 gift card.
