CM Punk question (Raw 22nd Nov. Spoilers)
Two questions about CM Punk annoucing, since I didn't watch Raw:

1. Did they give a kayfabe reason why he's doing it, or did it just happen?

2. Was he a heel or face? The short clips I saw of it he seemed mostly face, with the odd heel comment here or there.

He announced NXT and last week's Superstars. Both, along with last night, were amazing. Apparently he's a permanent fixture for the forseeable future, too.
