Hollywood Rock question

When did the Rock make his first appearance with the heel hollywood gimmick? I know it was early 2003 but can't seem to find a video on youtube of it?

I think it's when he came back fromhis break and joined Vince to Kill Hulkamania in Feb.

After The Rock lost the Undisputed Championship to Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam in 2002, he took time off and returned to SmackDown in January 2003 as a heel.

I don't think he had the "Hollywood Gimmick" at that time though. I think he started the whole Hollywood thing when he drafted himself to Raw after his match with Hulk Hogan at No Way Out 2003. On Raw he feuded with The Hurricane and had his "Rock Concerts" and everything. So I think the "Hollywood Gimmick" began around March 2003.

I think it started with the whole Hogan feud in February. He already had his head shaved, he kinda had the swagger going on about him with the leather pants and vest and the such. The new theme didn't hit until No Way Out 2003. That was the first time it was used... so I would say that it didn't initially kick off until that PPV where he defeated Hulk Hogan for the second time.

Was Rock even on TV except for pre-recorded promos and 'live via Satellite' stuff before No Way Out? But yeah, he was 'Hollywood' from the moment he re-appeared after the Brock match for the Hogan 'program'.
