Fantasy Sports Advice

I don't know if this has been done, maybe it could be stickied, and used for all sports. Don't know how popular fantasy sports are around here, but thought I'd start something. So anyone at any time for any sport could come here for advice.

Eli Manning vs The Eagles or Kerry Collins vs The Texans?

I'm picking up Collins, just don't know if I want to commit to a guy who is 37 and all. And Eli Manning got me here...eh, sort of.

To throw a Wild Card out there, I got Matt Cassel on my bench...if he is healthy, he is an option.

This is the Conference Championship week

I think I'm going to go with Collins. He is playing a terrible Houston D and Eli is out a receiver

The Titans are thin on WR's too.

Randy Moss has done zilch with the Titans and Kenny Britt came back last week from injury and was basically invisible. Bo Scaife is probably the most reliable option..Beyond them you have Nate Washington and Justin Gage. Certainly the defensive matchup favors the Titans facing Houston but Id still go with Eli..

Oh, and Fuck the "Chris Cooley's Penis", Im going to go the the Finals next week and theres nothing they're going to do stop me unless they do and I lose and then Im gonna win 3rd place!

I'm going for third now too. I still would have lost with Eli though.

Good luck

Steelers only give up 60 ypg rushing but thats not to say Stewart cant score TDs.

From my biased, anti-Steeler viewpoint I can see the Panthers outright beating the Steelers tonight and Stewart having at least one TD.

Sorry to not see this right away...

Sims-Walker is a guy on my team and I like him. His team really needs him and he had 2 scores last week. Obviously Stewart didn't score last night, and I could see Sims-Walker getting a score, 3 catches and maybe 40 yards.

Looking for fantasy hockey advice here. This trade was proposed to me today and I'm tempted to accept the offer.

Send: Henrik Sedin
Receive: Thomas Vanek, Henrik Zetterberg

Sedin has 61 points and is +22 which is huge for my time since I'm near the bottom of the league in +/-, and Vanek is like -18. I'm also near the bottom in goals, but at the top with assists so I can afford to lose the assists that Sedin brings to the table to gain some depth.

Do it. Zetterberg is going to see his numbers rise when Datsyuk comes back. Vanek really misses Derek Roy right now but he's solid. My only worry is if the Sabres become sellers.
