Fantastic fantastic move. Think about it, you're in a business where part of the job description running the risk of brain injury. Couple that with living a transient lifestyle and a past history of substance abuse in the business, and, well, being violent (albeit acting violent) for a living, and a mental health professional on staff is something that should have happened a long time ago.
