Martel was extremely underated. He was great with Tito in Strike Force even if the team was a bit cheesey. He also did a great job of putting people over in the early 90's.

In saying that Rick Rude got my vote, but Martel deserves his props

I voted Rude as I feel he had wrestling ability and charisma, though just by a little as I though Rick Martel was very good. His foreign accent hindered his mic skills for me, otherwise his ring skills were right along with Rudes and at times surpassed him.
