Renaming a song and Re-Releasing it??
I was listening to the radio the other day and heard what I thought was Megadeth's "A Tout Le Monde." Sounded a little different, but the words were exactly the same. When the song was over, the voice came on and said 'That was Megadeth with "Set Me Free."
I was terribly confused for a bit. Then I figured that they just did a remix or whatever, but why change the name?? ![]() |

The new version is called "A Tout Le Monde (Set Me Free)." Sounds like they just gave it a subtitle to distinguish it from the original.
Also, now I know Christina Scabbia is on it... ![]() |

There are some slight differences, but personally I never saw the point of redoing it.
The original was played in D# tuning, this one played in Standard E. This one has a slightly faster tempo and of course has Christina Scabbia doing vocals on it. The guitar solo is different as well. I prefer the original, because I think it sounds a lot more emotional in D# tuning. |
