So beenox gets another crack at Spider-Man

...And once again, Miguel O'Hara's involved:

Looks like it's a similar concept, too. One Spidey from the present, one from the future. This time, the gimmick is a "Chronal Link," where what Parker does impacts O'Hara's timeline and it appears to show it "Picture-in-picture" style.

Since they evidently started on this during development for SD, I don't expect many differences from the prior's gameplay.

Still want a good game featuring the 2099 Spider-Man. Spider-Man 2099 was the only 2099 comic I really followed or cared about, and it'd be cool to be able to play as him. Still, not exactly holding out hope for EoT unless Beenox demos something amazing. Pardon the pun.

I'm a little surprised SD did well enough to see another similar title.

“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”
