No, the legal situation isn't figured out. He has court I think on the 9th or something of September.

And he's not "on the wagon" if he's making videos with Matt, clearly drunk off his ass and tazing Reby Sky.

This whole thing just makes me sick, really. I just don't understand how they can trust him. I hope he goes to prison and TNA is fucked over for their build.
